Mentorship lies at the heart of the WLI mission in cultivating a campus culture that encourages women leadership and friendship. Last year, the WLI mentorship program included over 80 girls. The program pairs underclassmen with upperclassmen based on pre-professional and extracurriculars interests. Monthly themed events, such as tapas and spa nights, provide the space for families to foster and develop relationships within a comfortable environment. In the spring semester, WLI forged a new partnership with the Women in Management (WIM) group from the Yale School of Management.
