WLI Associate Program

Launched in 2010, The Associate Program is a one semester commitment in which students support WLI Committees (e.g. Alumnae Relations, Business, Mentorship, Outreach and Workshops, or Speakers) as we plan and fundraise for our semester's events. In addition to working with the Board members, Associates are encouraged to develop their own initiatives. Each Associate is paired with a Board member and assists that member with the semester's events and projects. In return, the Associate gains a mentor and joins a network of Yale women leaders. Students who would like to get an introduction to WLI and have an immediate impact in an organization should apply. Former associates have garnered local sponsorships, organized panels and networking events, and recruited speakers. 

The Associates Program is geared towards engaging underclass women in WLI, but students from any class year are welcome to apply. 

Applications for the Fall 2011 Associate Program are due by Friday September 16th, 2011.
